3. Affiliate Responsibilities

4. Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn a commission on successful, completed purchases made through their referral link or coupon code
- Commission rates are subject to change at any time
- Commissions are only paid on genuine sales (excluding refunds, cancellations, or fraudulent transactions)
5. Payments
- Payments are made once the minimum payout threshold is reached
- Payments are processed manually via agreed method (e.g. PayPal or bank transfer)
- It is the affiliate’s responsibility to provide correct payment details
6. Refunds & Cancellations
- Commissions will not be paid on refunded or cancelled orders
- Any commission already credited for refunded orders may be reversed
7. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
- Use paid ads (Google, Facebook, etc.) targeting our brand name without permission
- Use discount codes on their own purchases for personal gain
- Engage in fraudulent activity or manipulate tracking
Violation of these rules may result in account termination and forfeiture of commissions.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time if these terms are violated or if behaviour is deemed harmful to the business.
9. Changes to Terms
Brickys Buddy may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
